Biography

Ed C. Cruz has been managing information technology infrastructure and services for the past 12 years. His professional experience includes time at the Bank of Guam and, most recently, in the Camacho-Cruz administration in the Bureau of Information Technology. During his time at BIT, Cruz successfully overhauled and managed the IT infrastructure and information systems at the Department of Public Health and Social Services. He also works as an adjunct instructor for the computer science department at Guam Community College. Cruz has earned many industry-standard certifications including those from Microsoft and CompTIA and holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. He is also the State Health Information Technology Coordinator.
