The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) signed into law (H.R. 1 - P.L. 111-5) on February 17, 2009, provide more than $300 billion for states to help lessen their budget shortfall during this economic crisis. The measure contains money that states could use to help invest, modernize and secure our digital infrastructure for today and tomorrow. This page is NASCIO's effort to help state CIOs find opportunities and keep informed about the latest with the recovery package.
