About the Work Group

Purpose: The NASCIO Executive Committee has established a Consolidation and Shared Services State Forum with the goal of providing a state members only community of interest for CIOs and other state IT personnel to discuss current issues related to the many challenges facing states as they move towards the consolidation of IT assets and services and implementing shared services models where appropriate. This is a discussion only forum that will include guest speakers, a dedicated Webpage on NASCIO’s Website for exchange of information and other activities deemed appropriate by forum members.
