2010 Midyear Conference Registration

Online registration is now closed. Registration will re-open onsite Wednesday, April 28 at 11:00 am ET.

Any transfers or changes to existing registrations will be processed onsite.

Eligibility Information, Fees, and Deadlines

State Primary Contact/State Policy Official
Registration fees are prepaid for the state primary contact (or proxy) and an additional state policy leader as a part of annual NASCIO membership. For additional information, please contact NASCIO Membership and Communications Coordinator Shawn Karrick at (859) 514-9156 or skarrick@AMRms.com.

Government
Registration Fees:
$895 - If payment is received by March 17, 2010 March 31, 2010
$995 - If payment is received between March 18 April 1 - April 21, 2010
On-site registration is $995.

States that send three or more representatives to the conference are eligible for a special group rate of $595. Simply complete registration as a Government attendee and the discount will be applied once your registration information is verified. Corporate Member
Each member company may bring a maximum of three representatives. Click here to determine whether your company is a current NASCIO Corporate Member. Please coordinate with the designated primary NASCIO contact for your company before registering for the conference.

Sponsoring firms are allowed to bring additional attendees according to the published benefits for each tiered sponsorship level. Corporate Non-Member
Companies may attend only one conference as a non-member of NASCIO. This one-time attendance serves as an exploratory introduction to the association. Membership in NASCIO is necessary to attend subsequent events. There are a limited number of non-member registrations available. Each non-member company may send one paid attendee to the conference.

These guidelines were created by the Corporate Leadership Council in response to corporate member requests. Payment Information

Registration fees must be paid in advance. In order to receive the early registration discount, payment must be received with your registration by March 17, 2010 March 31, 2010.

PLEASE NOTE: The credit card/purchase order field must be completed on this registration form or your registration will not be accepted. Only valid, pre-printed purchase orders will be accepted and must be faxed to (859) 514-9166 within 24 hours of submitting your online application.

To pay by check, please print your registration form and mail it, along with your check, to NASCIO, PO Box 1107, Lexington, KY 40588-1107.

Registrations will be accepted at NASCIO Headquarters until April 21. After that time on-site registration will be required. Note: Registrations received after April 14 will not appear in the published conference roster due to strict printing deadlines.

Conference Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by March 17 to qualify for a full refund. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations received in writing between March 17 and April 21. FEES CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR REGISTRATIONS CANCELLED AFTER APRIL 21. Substitutions are welcome.
