
2011 Annual Conference Registration
Online registration is now closed. Registration and onsite check-in for the NASCIO 2011 Annual Conference will be located in the Capitol Foyer, level 4, of the Hyatt Regency Denver.

Registration Levels and Fees
State/Territory CIO and State/Territory Policy OfficialRegistration fees are pre-paid for the State/Territory CIO (or his/her proxy) and one additional state policy leader as a part of the annual NASCIO membership dues. The State/Territory Policy Official attendee is designated by the State/Territory CIO. Additional State/Territory Registrants
States that send three or more representatives to the conference are eligible for a special group rate of $595 for each additional attendee ($895 after August 17, 2011). Once the State/Territory CIO and State/Territory Policy Official slots are filled, additional state participants should select this as the registration type.
All Other Government and Nonprofit Registrants
Registration fees for all other Government (federal, local, etc.) and Nonprofit organization attendees are as follows:
- $895 - If payment is received by August 17, 2011
- $995 - If payment is received on or after August 18, 2011 (onsite registration is $995)
Corporate Member
Click here to determine whether your company is a current NASCIO Corporate Member. Each member company may bring a maximum of three representatives. Sponsoring firms are allowed to bring additional attendees according to the published benefits for each tiered sponsorship level. Please coordinate with the designated primary NASCIO contact for your company before registering for the conference.

- $1,195 - If payment is received by August 17, 2011
- $1,295 - If payment is received between August 18 and September 28, 2011 (onsite registration is $1,395)
Corporate Non-Member
Companies may attend only one conference as a non-member of NASCIO. This one-time attendance serves as an exploratory introduction to the association. Membership in NASCIO is required to attend subsequent events. There are a limited number of non-member registrations available, and each non-member company may send only one paying attendee to the conference.

Media outlets are granted one complimentary conference registration per publication genre. Please contact Shawn Vaughn at 859.514.9156 or svaughn@AMRms.com to inquire about attending as a press representative.
Payment Information and Deadlines
Registration fees must be paid in advance. In order to receive the early registration discount, payment must be received with your registration by August 17, 2011.
Registrations will be accepted at NASCIO Headquarters through September 28, 2011. After that date, onsite registration will be required.
Note: Registrations received after September 14, 2011, will not appear in the published conference roster due to strict printing deadlines. They will be included in the final attendee roster distributed electronically following the conference.
To pay by purchase order: please enter your purchase order number on the registration form and then fax a copy of that documentation to 859.514.9166, attn: Kristy Brown, or email to kbrown@AMRms.com. Only valid, pre-printed purchase orders will be accepted and documentation must be received within 24 hours of submitting your online application.
To pay by check: please print your registration form and mail it with your check to NASCIO at PO Box 1107, Lexington, KY 40588-1107.
Conference Cancellation Policy and Registration Change Process
Registration cancellation requests must be submitted online via the NASCIO registration change form.
Cancellations must be received by NASCIO headquarters in writing by August 17, 2011, to qualify for a refund, less a $35 cancellation fee. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations received in writing between August 18 and September 21, 2011.
Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after September 21, 2011; however, substitutions are welcome.
