STATE
NASCIO's primary members are the CIOs or top IT officials in any state or territory, as determined by their governor.
This level of membership is open to senior officials from any branch of state government with statewide, executive-level responsibility for information resource management.

- Voting privileges for state CIOs or their proxy and participation in NASCIO CIO membership meetings
- Participation on NASCIO issue and business committees

- Participation in conferences, networking & learning forums
- One registration fee for each state CIO or their proxy for each midyear and annual conference included in CIO dues
