NASCIO DEPUTIES LEADERSHP SUMMIT
The Deputies Leadership Summit provides an opportunity for in-person and expanded networking for individuals serving a critical and vital role in the state CIO organization. The State CIO will select one deputy official from their state/territory to register for the Deputies Leadership Summit. And, as a reminder, this event will be held in conjunction with the CIO, CISO and Chief Privacy Officer Leadership Summits, so in addition to networking with other deputy officers, they’ll also have the opportunity to network with attendees of the other Leadership Summits.
NASCIO is excited to host the Deputies Leadership Summit in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on July 30 – August 1, 2024. Registration for this event closes on Monday, July 8.
- The Deputies Leadership Summit is open to one deputy from each state
- The only attendees will be state members and NASCIO staff – no private sector, other government officials or media
- The event will be held in conjunction with the 2024 State CIO, CISO and State Privacy Officers Leadership Summits, as well as the Emerging Leaders meeting, allowing for some great networking opportunities with other state leaders
- Deadline to register for this event is Monday, July 8, 2024
The 2024 Deputies Leadership Summit will be held at the Westin Milwaukee. NASCIO will book rooms for arrival on July 30 and departure on August 2 – if a different arrival/departure is required, please contact Lisa Thompson.
NASCIO will provide a $600 travel stipend to all attendees. Attendees should book and pay for their travel and will be provided instructions after the event on how to submit receipts for the reimbursement.
The Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) is the closest and most convenient airport to the hotel.
