What to Know about NASCIO Sponsorships
- Conference sponsorships are available only to NASCIO corporate members in good standing (membership dues must be paid by Jan 31) in their second consecutive year of membership.
- NASCIO corporate members that opt not to sponsor can register up to 3 conference attendees at a registration fee of $1,295 per person.

- Packages and launch date are shared on this page and via email to corporate members about 4 months prior to a conference.
- Sponsorship packages often sell out quickly.
Sponsorship Registration
Sponsorship registration for the 2025 Midyear Conference launches February 19 at noon ET.
*PROCESS* Corporate members interested in sponsoring the conference must have a representative pre-enroll as the shopper for sponsorship day. This person is the only company representative that will be able to secure a sponsorship. Enrollment will open on February 3 and close on February 17 at 5 pm ET. Midyear Conference Sponsorship Packages

NASCIO has a 2FA security process in place for sponsor registration. One individual from your company will need to enroll to participate in the sponsor registration launch. Enrollment will start on February 3 and run through February 17 at 5pm ET.

- 25% of sponsorship fee is a tax-deductible gift going to the recipient of the Give Back program (organization TBD by programs committee)
