Hi. We’re NASCIO.
We support state CIOs and the ecosystem that supports them.
NASCIO represents state CIOs from US states, territories and the District of Columbia. Membership also includes other technology leaders in state government, companies, nonprofits, academic and research institutions, and government entities at all levels.
Member Benefits
Membership is granted at the organizational level. One representative will be designated as the prime contact, but there is no limit on the number of individuals that can receive benefits.

Member Types

State & Territory Member – $10,000/year (state); $3,000/year (territory)
- Membership cycle July-June
- All US states, territories and DC are currently members. Learn how to Get Involved.
Corporate Member – $9,000/year
- Membership cycle January-December
- Companies that provide solutions and services with applicability to state government technology
- Corporate membership applications accepted annually November 1 to March 15
- By submitting an application, you have budget approval and are ready to join the association.
- By submitting an application (and renewing each year) the company is agreeing to adhere to the Corporate Member Policy.
Government Member – $500/year
- Membership cycle July-June
- Entities involved in information technology within federal, local, tribal or international governments
Nonprofit or Academic Member – $500/year
- Membership cycle January-December
- Registered 501(c) nonprofit organizations and academic institutions
