RSVP now to attend the Premier Reception to be held Tuesday, April 29 from 6pm to 8:30pm ET at the Barnes Foundation.

Sponsors & NASCIO Champions may RSVP registered conference attendees from their organizations in the form below.

Pinnacle Sponsors may RSVP four (4) registered conference attendees
Wi-Fi Sponsor may RSVP two (2) registered conference attendees
Networking Hub Sponsors may RSVP two (2) registered conference attendees
Give Back Sponsors may RSVP two (2) registered conference attendees
Gold Sponsors may RSVP two (2) registered conference attendees
NASCIO Champions (non sponsors) may RSVP one (1) registered conference attendee

Important Notes

Guests should arrive at the 17th Street Exit inside off the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown hotel lobby by 5:30pm ET to check-in for a 5:45pm ET departure and take the designated transportation to the event site
All attendees must take the designated transportation to gain admittance to the reception
Appropriate attire is business casual and you’ll need to wear your 2025 NASCIO Midyear Conference name badge
