Sponsors & NASCIO Champions may RSVP registered conference attendees from their organizations in the form below.

• Pinnacle Sponsors may RSVP four (4) registered conference attendees
• Headshot Lounge Sponsor may RSVP two (2) registered conference attendees
• Wi-Fi Sponsor may RSVP two (2) registered conference attendees
• Networking Hub Sponsors may RSVP two (2) registered conference attendees
• Give Back Sponsors may RSVP two (2) registered conference attendees
• Gold Sponsors may RSVP two (2) registered conference attendees
• NASCIO Champions (non sponsors) may RSVP one (1) registered conference attendee

Important Notes

• Guests should arrive at the Motor Court Entrance in the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel Lobby by 5:15pm CT to check-in for a 5:30pm CT departure and take the designated transportation to the event site
• All attendees must take the designated transportation to gain admittance to the reception
• Appropriate attire is business casual and you’ll need to wear your 2024 NASCIO Annual Conference name badge
