panels of ~5 CIOs, grouped by region, share their state’s priorities and projects for the coming year; discussion moderated by NASCIO staff; no Q&A from audience

3. State Meet & Greet
held at Midyear Conference (April/May) – session where each state CIO and team is stationed at a table; corporate members circulate to speak to states they have identified; chime sounds every 90-seconds to ensure quick conversations
to best allocate limited time, state CIOs can direct attendees with general questions about state priorities to the State CIO Panel recordings
4. State CIO Panels – Revisited
held at Annual Conference (October) – session of ~5 CIOs, grouped by region, reflect on 2023 priorities and discuss current issues and trends; moderated by NASCIO staff
30-minutes in duration and held twice; 5 panels held concurrently
