Creating a Citizen-Centric Digital Experience
In 2001, NASCIO issued a guide to states on digital government. This year’s NASCIO presidential initiative evaluated what progress has been made toward making digital government a reality across the states and territories since that initial report.
This session will present what we’ve learned, the drivers and challenges for delivering a digital citizen experience, recommendations for advancing digital capabilities and what state CIOs see as the future of digital state government.
