  • AWARDS: Who can submit a state award?

    Only a state employee may submit a State IT Recognition Award. Many states and companies collaborate on an entry, but all communication about it will be handled via the state contact.

  • AWARDS: Who can submit a leadership award nomination?

    Nominations must be submitted by an individual employed by a NASCIO organizational member. Corporate member may only submit one nomination per the company; if multiple are submitted, the membership contact will contacted for guidance.

  • AWARDS: Who is eligible for leadership awards?

    Please view details for each award as eligibility criteria differs. With the exception of the Technology Champion Award, leadership award recipients must be an employee of state government (not a contractor). State CIOs are only eligible for the Meritorious Service Award.
