Help shape NASCIO conferences by participating on the Programs Committee.
- Responsibilities: Guide programming for NASCIO’s Midyear and Annual Conferences, including session topics and formats, speakers, keynotes, Give Back partner and experiential activities.
- Time commitment: Attend 2 – 3 one-hour meetings in the months leading up to each conference, with additional time in between to review materials and provide feedback.
- Composition: Limited to ~25 members selected to ensure balanced representation of member types and educational and networking needs. The NASCIO vice president serves as the committee chair.
- Selection: A variety of factors are considered, including past individual and organizational participation, member type, professional role, business market area, years of membership and prior interest. The goal is that the committee reflect the breadth of membership.
