Conferences & sponsorships

NASCIO hosts two member-only conferences each year focused on peer networking, education and collaboration.

Managing your membership

What is the role of the Membership Contact?

Primary liaison for membership administration. This individual receives membership renewals, invoices, official communications and special opportunities and announcements.

What is the role of the Business Development Contact?

Your organization’s Business Development Contact appears on your Membership Directory profile and serves as the primary point of contact for relationship-building and business inquiries.

This individual also:

  • Participates in the Corporate Leadership Council
  • Helps ensure adherence to the Corporate Member Policy
  • Represents your organization within the NASCIO membership
Who on my team can have access to NASCIO content?

Corporate memberships allow organizations to extend benefits to employees across their organization. Email domains must match the organization’s domain.

To add individuals to your membership, complete the Get Member Credentials form. There is no limit.

To review or remove members from your organization’s membership, please email us.

What is included in my organization profile?

Every corporate member organization has a profile in the Membership Directory.

Profiles help NASCIO members learn about your organization and identify the appropriate contact for inquiries and connect with members of your team.

When logged in, members can view additional contacts associated with your organization.

When do memberships renew?

Corporate memberships follow a calendar-year cycle.

Renewal notices are sent to the Membership Contact each November.

All individuals within your organization are automatically subscribed to receive NASCIO Communications when added to your organization’s membership.
