NASCIO aims to create a secure process for the 2026 Annual Conference sponsorship registration launch on Wednesday, July 8. Here’s what you need to know:
- Only one individual per company may enroll to be the shopper on registration launch day by providing their business email address (no generic emails will be accepted, e.g. info@ or marketing@ – must be the individual’s unique business email address), job title and corporate member company name.
- When the conference sponsorship launches, the individual that enrolled will enter their pre-submitted email address to receive a code in their email inbox, generated by Queue-it, to let them into the waiting room
- If you are interested in sponsoring the 2026 Annual Conference, you must complete the form below no later than 5pm ET on Monday, July 6.
- If information previously submitted needs to change, you must contact Lori Rempe no later than Noon ET on Tuesday, July 7, or risk having access denied to the sponsorship waiting room
