NASCIO Announces Association Leadership for Coming Year

LEXINGTON, Ky., Tuesday, October 21, 2025 — The National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO) announced the association’s executive leadership for the new program year. J.R. Sloan, CIO for the State of Arizona is president; Alan Fuller, CIO, State of Utah, is vice president; and Katrina Flory, CIO and Assistant Director, State of Ohio, is secretary/treasurer.

Additionally, Jeff Clines, CIO State of Wyoming, and Jason Snyder, CIO, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, have joined NASCIO’s Executive Committee as new directors.

Michael Hussey, Industry Executive Director with Oracle, is NASCIO’s Corporate Leadership Council (CLC) chair and Jennifer Ricker, Director, Customer Success with CGI, is CLC vice chair. CLC leadership promotes information sharing among public and private sector members, and hold advisory, non-voting seats on NASCIO’s Executive Committee.
