LEXINGTON, Ky., Tuesday, October 6, 2026 — The National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO) announced the association’s executive leadership for the new program year. Alan Fuller, CIO, State of Utah, is president; Katrina Flory, CIO and Assistant Director, State of Ohio, is vice president; and Shawnzia Thomas, CIO, State of Georgia, is secretary-treasurer.
Additionally, Brandon Ragle, Secretary and CIO, State of Illinois, joined NASCIO’s Executive Committee as a new director.
Jennifer Ricker, Director, Vice President, Customer Experience with CGI, is NASCIO’s Corporate Leadership Council (CLC) chair and Stephanie Weber, Industry Leader, State & Local Government with Appian, is CLC vice chair. CLC leadership promotes information sharing among public and private sector members, and hold advisory, non-voting seats on NASCIO’s Executive Committee.
