NASCIO Expresses Concern Regarding Moratorium on State Actions and AI

NASCIO Executive Director Doug Robinson wrote to leaders in Congress expressing concern on a blanket moratorium on state actions to develop and implement safeguards on artificial intelligence. We hope that Congress will again reject such a moratorium and work with states to develop sensible federal AI policy that respects state authority.
